All meal orders are delivered within 60 minutes (in the case of ‘asap’ orders), or within 20 minutes of the requested time (other orders).
All laundry collections and deliveries will be within 30 minutes of the requested times.
All supermarket orders will be delivered within one hour of the requested times.
Delivery fees are included in the total price paid.
Amending or cancelling your Order
Once you have submitted your Order and your payment has been authorised, you will not be entitled to change or cancel your Order, nor will you be entitled to a refund (please refer to paragraph 5.4 for details of the process relating to rejected Orders).
Processing your Order and supplier rejections
On receipt of your Order, the supplier of products & services should accept the Order triggering an email to you stating that your Order has been received and is being processed. D&H encourages all suppliers of products & services to accept all Orders. However, suppliers have the discretion to reject Orders at any time because they are too busy, due to weather conditions or for any other reason.
We understand that there will be times when your orders can't reach you, for example when items are not currently available.
In such circumstances, we will be happy to refund payments made by you via credit or debit card, by re-crediting your card or bank account.
